He is directly involved in advising clients in all aspects of corporate matters including accounting, tax, management consultancy, business establishment, statutory assignments, compliance, corporate restructuring, business financing, procedures, controls, BEE policy, training, tax planning exercise as well as liquidation and executorships. He has also led numerous special assignments and consultancy projects involving coordination of various parties and authorities, mentoring young accounting graduates through the FASSET.
